National Career Readiness Certificate

The National Career Readiness Certificate (NCRC) is a portable credential that helps build a job seeker's confidence and verifies that his or her skills match an employer's needs. The backbone of this NCRC initiative is ACT, Inc.'s WorkKeys job skill assessment system, which includes three core assessments — Applied Mathematics, Reading for Information, and Locating Information — skills that are highly important to the majority of jobs in the workplace.
